Although the technician, Craig, arrived at 6:40 (had scheduled a 4-6 slot), he informed me of everything he was doing, talked me through the process, and cleaned my sink out within 30 minutes. I was struggling by myself, but he was professional and helpful. \r

I could never find a cost for everything, and after reading the reviews on here, I also feel a little overcharged. I had bought an auger for 25 bucks last night, and I was about 15 feet short of the blockage, he said. So if I had just upgraded the auger, I'd be fine. Sure, a little pricey, but hopefully this will NEVER happen again.\r
