Review content:
our experience fell short of what was advertised by Gateos on KTAR. our sales estimator Keith was fantastic, his details and expectations that he set were the reason why we chose Arizona painting company. our crew showed up on time to do the work. Juan was the leader of the crew, he and his workers were fantastic. Their work and communication was right in line with the expectations from KTAR and Keith our sales person. Then midway through the project, there is some guy in our backyard with our crew, that we've never met before. He appeared to be yelling at our crew for about an hour in our backyard. this new guy had a very loud voice and my wife and I can hear everything and our house. he basically was yelling at them about pay changes and customer jobs and so on. a very inappropriate topic to be discussing at a customer site, and being so loud let the customers can hear everything in detail from inside the house! the way he was talking to my crew, I felt bad for them. my crew was quietly listening, while this new guy was telling them how it is, and my wife and I could hear him clearly inside of our house!. Then after very loud one-sided argument took place in our backyard, this new gentleman came to our door and introduced himself as Joe. He said he was the manager. he asked if everything was going ok. I was very uncomfortable with joe as I just saw how he conducted him self for the past hour our backyard. I was very short my response, as I didn't want to get verbaly attacked just like he did to our crew. during the remainder of the job, I have more feedback on this Joe guy. But it doesn't really matter. All it takes is one bad apple in the process, and it can really affect the experience, and the work performed.it's a shame too, because the office staff is A+, our sales estimator is a plus, our crew was an A+, and management was an F.
RESPONSE FROM Arizona Painting Company:
Hi John, we apologize for you having to hear that conversation in your yard with one of our production managers. This should not be something that is discussed at a customers job and we have taken appropriate action to ensure this does not happen again. We are glad you rated us well on the quality and hope that the one experience in the back yard doesn't ruin your opinion of our company. Please call me directly so I can discuss this further with you. Joe Campbell - Owner: 480-688-4577
