Review content:
I could not be happier with the quality of work provided by Mike and Luis. Mike has a higher sense of pride in his workmanship than almost any contractor I have used. As he made stucco repairs, where he saw the stucco patch was not holding, he took it upon himself to scrape it off and try something else that would work. I know many contractors would have left it and not worried what happened in the future. When the house was finished being painted, and the sheen of the paint highlighted some of the stucco imperfections, even though I understood this was not the fault of the painters, Mike again used his years of experience to devise a method to make the patches less noticeable.
My only complaint is not about the painters or their work. My salesman told me the Evershield paint would be the best protection for the stucco house, but failed to warn me that even the flat Evershield has a sheen to it. I would have preferred a flatter look, but realize that this paint will probably wear better than the flat one I had before.
