We purchased our house in 2010 with an Everdry system already installed in our basement. We were unaware of the warranty renewal until we received a notice in the mail stating that the warranty had lapsed. I contacted Everdry and Jennifer worked with us to get the warranty up to date, explained to me what work had been performed at my house, and sent us copies of all of the original work orders and diagrams. The customer service department is top notch and we have never had any water issues since moving into our home. I would highly recommend Everdry to anyone in need of basement waterproofing!
