It’s rare that one finds a law firm such as Michel Jay Berger Law.\r

I contacted them in response to an urgent issue that needed excellent professional law skills and quick and effective resolution. From my first phone call, in which after a few routine questions, I was immediately connected with Michael Berger, to the speedy resolution of the case in my favor, I was amazed at their professionalism, effectiveness, diligence and abiding humanity. \r

In my experience they were the opposite of the factory driven and impersonal law firms that inhabit the space. I was not a number, I was a person, and it was in this intangible but no less critical aspect of the emotional landscape of the case, that Michael Berger and his staff were exemplary, amazing and functioned far above the Call of Duty. This is what I was looking for and they delivered in spades! \r

At my first meeting, Michael not only offered measured professional legal advice based on years of experience and his unique understanding of my case, but he also offered hope, calmness and confidence in his ability to manifest the optimal result I needed and which he felt was fair. When I had doubts, he calmly offered another perspective, which might create a positive resolution, made sense from both a legal and human point of view, and which I could support. The same qualities were present in his staff. Samuel B, another lawyer at the firm and the point person on my case, was polite, professional, respectful, incredibly effective and of course wonderfully human.\r

However, all the above is inconsequential if it is not backed up by high performance lawyering and in this Michael and his team delivered. I honestly barely thought about my case once I handed it over to them. The peace of mind and confidence that came from my dealings with them were priceless! \r

In closing, I was incredibly grateful for the Berger Law Firm and for the positive outcome of my case. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking council in their field!
