I don't know what you did to my car, I still don't recognize it for it is so shiney. This was an unplanned trip and the "Service Rep." was so fantastic-no hassle- just a few words and I was off to the lounged. I especially appreciated that he came tome and informed me my car was finished. I don't hear well and never know if my name is being called over the loud speaker so you can see this was a treat. This was the best experience here this time around. I guess it was that I did not have to ans. a lot of question as to address, milage etc. Thank you for I was so sick and this was a nice experience in my time of need.
