I went in for an oil change and the 45,000 mile service. I was told it would take about 3 hours, be $500, and I would notice a strong freshener smell from the a/c treatment. 3 hours later, I was told my car was almost ready, but the front brake pads were at 10% and would not last until my next oil change. It was an additional $250 and would take another 45 minutes. I went in at 11am and didn't leave until 4:15pm. After a 10% discount for being stuck there for so long, the total came to $700 and I was given my next oil change free. When I got in my car, there was no freshener smell so I don't even believe the a/c treatment was even done. This was a very frustrating process that took up most of my day!
