Chad was very helpful, professional, and informative. Unfortunately, this was a return call b/c his colleague had not been thorough... and left us with a bill, an unheated home and dark smudges on the wall.
Chad didn't rely on previous notes and instead did a thorough evaluation of the system, finding a faulty disconnect to the heat pump. He even cleaned up after the previous call - all with no additional cost. Great work, Chad!
