We had a preventative maintenance check on our system. Our experience was great with the technician that came out. He arrive promptly at 8:30 AM, was careful by using booties into our house. He proceeded doing the check both to the inside unit and then outside unit. At the end of the call, he explained to me in detail what he did and went through all the steps one by one to make sure I understood what he did. He also told me about the generators sold by R & D. I highly recommend Jose to anyone that needs their system check. He was professional, polite and thorough. I commend you for having such a fine young men representing your company.
