Sorry to have to be blunt, but we had trouble from the beginning. We were never given anything in writing explaining what would happen. Did not find out that our bank accounts would be closed and we should open new ones before that happened. We had over 70 employees to pay and no bank accounts!!!! Then the process was delayed time and again as a new attorney was assigned to our case. We had to explain time and again (at least to 3 different attorneys) why our BK was filed. Then forms and information was requested that had been submitted to the prior attorney. Our first court appearance was with an attorney we had not met. So we sat in the lobby near the attorney making phone calls trying to find him/her. The judge even commented that the law office of M.J.B. was too haphazard, too large and very little preparation was done.
