We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. Bardi installed a zoned HVAC system for us in May. They made several return trips to tweek the system this summer to be sure that it was working correctly. Chad came to our home today to do a check to be sure that everything that they installed was installed correctly and working as we expected. He checked everything and did find a few things that needed to be addressed, which he did while he was on site. These were things that we probably would not have known weren't working perfectly, but Bardi detected through their quality audit and corrected. Most companies sell you a system, collect their check, and you never hear from them again unless it is to sell you a service contract. Bardi follows through to make sure you get what you paid for and that you are satisfied with their work and product.
