I've been to many Toyota dealers and Toyota of HB is by far the BEST service dept around. They did not try to oversell me on service, they informed me that my 9 year old battery was going bad (and it was. I had already ordered another one prior to my visit). They provided me with a Free rental car for use during my service.
And when they were done, the price was exactly what I expected. I also needed a part from the parts department, and they had it in stock.
