Well, I left my home in Paradise headed to work in Chico on 12/23/14. I got to the traffic light at Skyway and Bruce and steam was rising from under the hood of my car. Not good. I pulled into the Valero Gas Station, raised the hood and a belt had burnt off. Ugh. I look across the street and see to auto repair shops. I went to the closest one first and they said, "No way!" we're booked and closing early for the holiday. Ugh, I need my car. So I walked next to GWS and met Gary. He said they were very busy, but he seemed to understand my plight and concern. After I had let my car simmer down at the gas station I drove it across to the GWS shop. Well it turned out that it was a bit more complicated than just the belt. My water pump had froze up. We're talking the day before Christmas Eve and most likely I have to be without a car for the next 5 days over the holidays. But, Gary called got the part, gave me an estimate on the repair, and had me back on the road that day, even though it was a very difficult repair. And his repair invoice was less than than the estimate he gave me earlier. I was very pleased, more than satisfied. And to y'all/anyone out there needing work on your car. Better check with GWS first, if you want honesty and great service. Thank you Gary and Daniel.
