Review content:
I was unsure who to call in the realm of water damage because we had yet to ever need this service in Colorado. I searched online and chose to call Disaster Cleanup Services. They were fabulous from the start! They were to our house within the hour, worked all day and into the evening on a Sunday to pull up carpet, flooring and install top-of-the-line fans and other equipment. I spoke with the owner who was very helpful and who also put me directly in touch with our project manager. I also had direct contact and access to the lead person doing the work in our home. He was available each time I called. They were quick, efficient and communicated with me daily about my options, updates, progress, etc. They were also very respectful of our home and always left it tidy after working. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in working with our insurance company as well. I couldn't be more thankful for their services and the overall friendliness of the people. They truly cared about our situation and about doing a top-notch job - meeting my high expectations. Thank you!
