I'm not sure why this company has so many good reviews. Sweet properties just took over on the rental I've lived in for 2+ yrs. I was called to come in and sign a new one year lease. Of course I had a lot of questions because I've already resided in the home the contract didn't really apply to me. It talked about services that would be performed to the property yet it didn't apply to me. I had a lot of questions naturally...after my questions I signed the lease and that's when the property manager crossed his name out and said to take the contract home to review. A few days later I'm served with a 60day notice. I guess my questions were to much and now they refuse to rent to me after I was promised a new year lease. My daughter is devastated as the home owner promised her she could stay and the property management won't change a thing!!
