Ralph and Dustin responded to an emergency call when my AC was not working. They were both very professional and personable. They discussed the issues and their concerns with me. They were very honest, straight-forward, and easy to understand with the technical talk. They were up-front about pricing and gave recommendations and options to me for repair. They had me laughing, which is remarkable considering my house was like an oven during a rainstorm!
I truly appreciate their professionalism and courtesy. I have been a customer of Comfort Experts for several years and have always had a positive experience.
