Review content:
Brought our Edge in for service in the evening around 6:30PM. The Moonroof was not closing and ceased to function. Jason Moats told us they'd look at it and let us know what they find. Just before 9:00pm we got a call from Jason to tell us the motor was bad, needed replacement and that it was covered through our extended warranty, would likely be done the next day. Called at 7:00pm the next evening, it was completed, picked it up around 9:00pm. Its great that you have extended service hours to accommodate those of us with long days! Thank you, great Service!
