Review content:
Tim has performed other work on our air units prior to this latest service. All my experiences have been very good. He shows up within the scheduled time, he fixes the issue the first time and does not have to come back, and the cost comes in at or below the estimate given prior to the work being started. He does not try to over sell something that I do not need which is very much appreciated. In fact he thought a part needed to be replaced and he came back to me stating that it did not after futher investigation. He could have easily replaced the part, charged me, and not even tell me. Choates is a very professional company. The person answering the phone when you place a service call is always very pleasnat and helpful. It is nice to have this type of company available when needed.
