I recently used Arizona Discount movers, to move from one storage to another. From the begging of the move to my final destination, I was completely pleased and satisfied with the way Arizona Discount Movers treated me, concerning the move. The price was reasonable, Jay and the rest of the customer staff, were very helpful and professional. They took the time to explain every thing to me prior to the move and during the move. They day of the move, I was extremely pleased that Jay notified me when the movers would be at site. Once the movers arrived; on time which I appreciated, they introduced themselves and were very courteous. Jay the head mover, explained the approximate time it would take to do the job. I was a little concern about the amount of time, but we were able to fix the problem, when he explained the time included driving time, which I had forgotten about. I really appreciated Jay and Simon taking the time to deliver a refrigerator that was in the storage, to my house and put my old one in the garage for me. At the new site Jay and Simon, were very considerate in removing my items from their truck , and into the storage site. They did not waste time or just dump my stuff, as has happened with other movers. They even stored the items to my specifications. Finally, there were no hidden fees, or extra cost, they even gave me a 55 discount for seniors. I was very pleased with the move and would use them again and recommend Arizona Discount Movers to others Thank you.
