I've used Brien Ford for car maintenance because of location convenience and extended hours in the Quick Lane. I will continue to use but will be a bit doubtful if work actually carried out. The car was serviced with 'the works'. I was told the tires were rotated as they reviewed the bill but I knew that was not correct. I had watched from the waiting area and also confirmed by a back tire with a known mark was in same location at check-out. It might be best to say 'we didn't rotate your tires because......' rather than saying work was done.
