WATCH OUT FOR THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!! Infiniti of Kirkland sold me a wrecked car and didn’t tell me, then somehow sold it as “certified”. I have been told by at least 3 people at Infiniti Corporate ranging from agents to supervisors that a vehicle can NOT BE CERTIFIED if it has been involved in a collision so I have no idea how Infiniti of Kirkland pulled off the certification (we never saw or signed the certification checklist or vehicle history report); regardless, both the dealership AND Infiniti Corporate REFUSE to accept responsibility for what they have done. They STILL haven’t given me a reason why they sold me a wrecked car and didn’t tell me and certified a non-certifiable vehicle. I tried to trade this vehicle in at a different Infiniti dealer and they won’t even accept it because of the wreck. If you decide to make the mistake of trusting this dealership, BEWARE; they will try to get one by you!!
