OUTSTANDING Customer service, knowledge of their trade & industry and overall professionalism.
My plumber's name is Arnold and he is not only extremely knowledgeable but very passionate about his work. In Arnold’s first visit he took about 20 mins just to go over how my private well worked. He did so because I asked him to and we had municipal water in our previous homes.
We had a very unique issue w/our Iron filters where water kept draining when it shouldn’t. Well, it took a few visits to finally rectify the issue – and I was not charged for any additional service visits and the integrity of the initial price was maintained. Arnold even gave me his cell# in order for me to get a hold of him anytime if needed.
Also, I recently had an issue with my basement shower and Arnold went well beyond the quoted price and amount of labor hours. We came across some initial installment issues and Arnold took care of that for me, too, (all at a reasonable price).
On a scale of 1-10, I would rank my overall experience with Arnold and Austin Plumbing a 10!!!
