Horrible Service! My elderly mother went in to their flower shop on Haggerty on Thursday to place an order to be delivered to my house (her daughter) on the following Saturday. (She was ordering a bouquet in memory of the loss of my daughter). She picked out orchid colored roses, and let them know what type of filler she wanted to go with it. They showed her an arrangement, saying this is what hers would look like, with the choice of flowers she picked out. She paid in advance and asked approximately what time these would be delivered. They said it would be between noon and 3:00 p.m. On Saturday morning, my mother called to verify delivery and was told her arrangement was all made up and waiting on the driver. At 4:15, she received a call saying the flowers she wanted were bad so they had to send them back and she would have to pick something else. They said they had some roses with a tint of purple they could use. She said just please do them up nicely along with the fillers she
