SCAM!!! I put my order in at noon, saying I needed it delivered today. I was told in a couple hours it would be. At 3 I called to see status, and was then told they wouldn't be delivered today. when I asked to speak to a manager, she tried to talk me out of it, saying she could talk to the person that took my order. When I pressed the fact I wanted a manager, I was hung up on. When calling back, I talked to the person that took my order, again I was put on hold and hung up on. After a 3rd call, I had to play 20 questions before the manager would talk to me. After an hour of their games, I was told there was nothing they could do, except promise delivery in the morning, and offer a $30 GC. When I said no way I ordering from them again, still didn't offer anything else. When I asked if that could be put towards this order, I was told no. After reading the complains on here, I checked my bank account, and found out they charged me 1.5 times what I was told on the phone. DO NOT USE THEM. B
