DO NOT GO TO THIS SERVICE SHOP!!!!!\r \r I own a 2000 Ford Focus SE. My mother was the original owner of the car. I got the car in 2008 shortly before the birth of my first child. We have both maintained the car really well over the years and it is commonly mistaken for a much younger vehicle both cosmetically and mechanically. Within the first three months, the spring coils broke on the front suspension. I called Barbee's Freeway Ford to price the repair(I believe they told me $765). I ended up having my uncle do the work to save money. A few months later I was at Freeway Ford getting some other work done on the car and was told that the spring coils were a defective part and covered under extended warranty. I could have gotten them fixed for free, but wasn't told that when I called to get the repair quote.I spent $500 for parts that I could have gotten replaced for free. Even still, I chalked it up to miscommunication and decided to continue using them for maintenance and repairs.
