Among my other duties, I also act as the property manager for my employer, an international IT service provider that also owns the building. A new tenant inquired if the previous tenant in their suite had a dog; they did and it was brought into their offices every day. The new tenant’s employees and visitors (some were clients) were allergically reacting to the dog fur that was imbedded in the low pile carpet. I called several professional carpet cleaning companies and F&F was the only one that actually had a process and the equipment for extracting dog fur.
Fred proved to be extremely knowledgeable about not only carpet but all types of flooring. He personally cleaned the carpeting in the tenant’s suite while one of his employees cleaned the carpet in our suite of offices. Fred understood the need to extract the fur from all the corners and edges. He carefully moved furniture and worked on his hands and knees in order to thoroughly extract all the dog fur from the edges and corners. Other companies I talked to did not move furniture.
They worked diligently and efficiently. It was amazing how quickly they got the job done. Our carpet looks good as new and is stain-free. You will not find a better carpet/flooring professional as good and as knowledgeable as Fred and his team at such an affordable price. F&F Carpet Cleaning is now a permanent member of our company’s team of building maintenance service providers.
