I had an unusual problem with my Land Rover. My Automatic Transmission Shift Lever Was stuck in the Neutral Position. I had the vehicle towed to Waterloo Transmissions because of an outstanding experience I had with them two years prior. They quickly determined the problem was not in the transmission itself but in the shift linkage. It required removing the console. They further determined the problem could be from a Land Rover electronic part that cost nearly $1000 or a mechanical part that would be under $25. It finally turned out to be the under $25 part was the problem so that and a few hours of labor got my vehicle back on the road. The people at Waterloo Transmission are most honest and helpful auto service people I have ever dealt with. My previous experience with them was to replace a transmission. Their price was less than half the price of the Dealer quote. Outstanding service, honest people and skilled mechanics, and great prices are what you receive from Waterloo Transmissions!
