STAY AWAY!!!! We signed a 3 month lease. We moved out and left the apartment in excellent condition. Our walk through went well and we were told we would get back our security deposit. Six weeks later we receive a letter in the mail stating that we lost a large portion of our deposit due to painting that needed to be done (there were some minor scuff marks on the walls). The move out paper work mentioned nothing about painting the apartment!! BEWARE!! When we mentioned this to them they said we were held to a higher standard due to it being a 3 month lease (we paid much more per month for a 3 month lease so this is ridiculous). No paper work mentioned this. Also, we were charged for a cracked toilet handle!! I guess they expect 10 cent plastic toilet handles to last forever. Move out time is basically a money grab for triple crown.
