Custom Painting Inc. has done a lot of jobs for me. They have done the exterior of my house totally and they have done a deck for me. They have done a number of the interior rooms of the house, including removing the old popcorn-type application from the ceilings in several rooms. The house is quite old. They have also put in molding for me. They've done just about everything you can think of.
The jobs have gone from very well to excellent. They've been here many, many times and they are never exactly the lowest bidder, but they have proven to put in probably a superior job. The gentleman I dealt with in terms of the supervisory activity is Mark. The young man who did the last two jobs is very good and comes back later on if he can't be here the entire time to go over everything. If there is an issue with anything, he will take care of it.
They're not necessarily the lowest bidder. They're always somewhere in the middle. I don't get bids anymore, but I used to get two or three bids for each job. Custom Painting isn't the cheapest, but they always turned out to be by far the best. I would tell people that they should really consider them even if the price is a little bit higher. They should consider the back up, the follow through, and the general quality of the job.
