Review content:
We switched to this hotel after a horrible experience in another hotel. We were really delighted to stay here instead. The desk employees were conscientious and helpful. We stayed in a room on the first floor near the pool. The room was newly renovated with tempur-pedic beds and a small jacuzzi tub. Although the beds were a little harder than I expected, they were clean and new. The room was cleaned well and the housekeeping staff was friendly and accommodating. The room we stayed in also had a larger-than usual refrigerator. The continental breakfast was a pretty good spread and included waffles you could make yourself. All in all, I'd say this hotel knows the meaning of Southern hospitality.\r \r Parking is always an issue in Nashville and the free parking was appreciated. The wireless Internet had good strength and was easy to connect to. This hotel is close to Music Row and not far from the Vanderbilt area.
