I placed my order online and received a follow up call from Sheryl to verify my order details. She was extremely knowledgable about the details of the product and gave me some excellent advice about the fit of the door. She recommended that I get a slightly taller door if the headroom of my building would allow. By increasing the size I ended up with a taller opening and the door rolls up completely above the door opening which reduces the chance of damage while moving objects in and out of the building. The door arrived in perfect condition and within a hour the door was installed. I assembled the track system and door on the floor inside my building and had my neighbor help me stand the assembled unit up against the opening. I finished the install, adjusted the door...done! Looks great, works perfect, can't beat the price!
