Review content:
I am a fairly new patient with them- (6th baby, 1st time going to Ladies First) and was dropped from their practice. I received a letter on October 30th dated the 24th, stating that they'd cover me in emergency cases only through the 24th of November. The ONLY reason this could possibly be is because I dared question why it took so long for appointments. \r
\r
I had an appointment around the 17th, and after 30 minutes of not being called back, I went to the front desk and stated the time my appointment was. The blond (didn't get her name) replied ""and? there's someone ahead of you, then you'll be called back."" So because I had other appointments scheduled that day, I rescheduled my appointment and left. I came back the next scheduled appointment day and they were again 30 minutes late.\r
\r
When finally called back, I put it to Dr. Sharon Bush like this: ""If I were your employee, and I was consistently 30+ minutes late, how fast would I be fired? After all, you charge me a no-show fee after 15 minutes of not showing up; it's on your wall"" After giving me attitude and telling me that I need to be patient- (after having to reschedule my appointment 3 days before because they can't budget time properly!) I was dropped.\r
\r
Now, after having left message after message for their administrators, no one will get back to me. I'm truthfully thinking of hiring a lawyer and filing a discrimination lawsuit as they had no cause to drop me from their practice.\r
\r
The ONLY reason I chose them was because they are an all-woman practice and I felt more comfortable there. I would HIGHLY recommend looking elsewhere.
