We moved to the area and had to find a new vet for our dog. We have found Progressive Animal Hospital to be very good and thorough with her. She's an older dog. She was thirteen when we first went there. She had problems with her back leg and would fall down a lot because of her old age. They did all types of tests and follow through. They found out that she had a bladder infection. They kept testing her to make sure everything was fine. You could tell the doctor was sincerely concerned. The whole staff is very friendly and willing to work with us. They send us reminders when our dog's shots are due. With our work schedule, it's hard to get to them during their business hours sometimes, but they are very accommodating. They will leave things that I need to pick up at the door for us. If I have to drop off something for them even before they open, they will greet me at the door to pick it up no problem. My dog really doesn't mind going to Progressive Animal Hospital either. I think it's because the staff there is extra caring.
