The service was excellent, the only thing I find disappointing is the free cleaning of Kids rooms have to be on the same level as the other carpet one is getting cleaned. Which means basically that only works if you live in a ranch home or are getting a master bedroom cleaned.
I had a tan carpet in my living room and dining room cleaned. It wasn't heavily soiled so I have no idea what this product does on very soiled carpet. Mine seemed clean and fresh. I liked the citrus smell. There was very little moisture which is always good because when carpets in the past have been cleaned with a lot of moisture it dries and all the dirt from the pad comes right back up to the surface. So this is a good product.

We do apologize for any disappointment you experienced with Kid's Rooms CLEANED FREE limiations. Please know that all limiations are only in place to make the promote serviceable and sustainable to all customers and dwelling structions.
The promotion makes it very attractive and beneficial to clean a 2nd Floor Hall, Master Bedroom, Loft, Bonus Room, or other small bedrooms. By adding just one more area like a 2nd floor hall for $14, a customers can get All the Small Kid Size Bedrooms CLEANED FREE.
The idea is to "Hit or Service" the small bedrooms (kid's rooms) while we are walking, cleaning, or passing by the small bedrooms, on the same level. It's like saying, "while we're up here how about we hit those bedrooms for ya."
