We discovered a leak in the ceiling below our upstairs toilet...Called ARS and received prompt professional service over the phone. To our delight, the technician handling our case, Christian S., handled the case with ease! The problem was diagnosed, fixed and whatever mess was made was promptly cleaned up. I was impressed by Christian's experience and knowledge about plumbing and was delighted to hear that he felt that he worked for a company that strove for quality and great customer service. If you need to call a plumber, this is exactly how the experience ought to be every time! Thank you Christian and ARS!!
