Well, I've been with Nexcess.net for five or more years, and I must say, the immediate and personal attention I have received is consistently uncannily good. Every last time I have written in with a problem -- of any size at all, and for several years straight -- someone at Nexcess has gotten into communictation with me within ten (10!) minutes... at the latest. A number of times -- I think I can say, "every time" -- one (or more) of their technicians dove right "into the trenches" with us (like, during an emergency -- when we were identifying a hack-in, assessing his/her damage, and locking him or her out). The Nexcess representative(s) would work, seamlessly, with my site's personal techies to seal up the problem... and I was never charged extra for the help! Too, for the super-beginner, who might be unsure as to how to create their first "real" website: Nexcess has no problem explaining the techy ins-and-outs of... well, anything you can think of. "What's a nameserver?"... they'll answer with no contemptt. Siteworx and Nodeworx hold volumes of fascinating and educational information about your very own website within their cyberwalls. I enjoy them, for the most part, but most of the techy people I know feel a tad "held back" by them. Still, they are entirely workable for people of all skill levels (Perhaps it's only when one considers a website with 100,000,000 monthly page views that the interface feels like less of a fit?) I do wish Squirrel Mail and Horde would do something -- at all!? -- with their email interfaces... (but I don't think this is Nexcess's fault, LOL. I'm just that annoyed by it -- had to say something!) Overall, what I will tell anyone (anyone I like, lol) about Nexcess, in good faith, is that they have NEVER seriously dropped a ball in my time with them. And, if there ever arose a problem -- me-caused or them-caused (usually me, LOL) -- the Nexcessians auto-healed it with a speed and thoroughness I'm not at all sure I could find anywhere else. That's why I remain with Nexcess.net. Thank you for reading -- and thanks to Nexcess for making my website look good for years!!!
