Hi, I typically do not write company reviews, however, Nexcess deserves to be recognized. I have a Magento online store that has been hosted by nexcess for 2 years now. In the 2 years I have been with Nexcess, my site has always run very fast, zero configuration issues and zero downtime (on nexcess's part). Now... On my part, I have wrecked my site on several occasions, had countless config questions, issues etc... This is what really sets Nexcess apart! Their support staff is bar none the best I have ever come across. They have had my issues solved, site restored, given guidance, offered tweaking tips etc... More times than i like to admit. Every time I have asked for help it has taken less than 20-30 minutes to get sorted out and fixed. By now I'm sure they cringe when my name pops in their support inbox, But I'd never know it because they are always friendly and professional, no matter what idiot thing i have done to screw up my site! Hats off to Nexcess, you will not find a better hosting solution out there for your Magento based hosting needs!!
