That was my 3rd used car I'd brought in and it was at that point that John would advise me like I was his own kid - it felt caring and supportive, not patronizing. (Really, that car was a money pit.) They have quick turn-around (I never waited long for parts), I could always see them within 3 days of calling for an appointment, and if you live in downtown Northampton, they are conveniently located.\r
