Review content:
Here is the truth! I have been looking at these reviews and would just like to give my side. I am NOT a FAKE review first of all. My name is Melinda Reynolds-Karthauser & Live in Kelso Wa, Facebook me, Yes, I am a real person and have no ties with Matt Austin besides purchasing vehicles from him.\r The truth is WHAT DO YOU EXPECT?! You DO NOT need to have ANY credit, ONLY $800 Down! And then you need to look over the car very well or bring someone with you who knows about cars. If you only spend a small amount on a vehicle, you are not buying a brand new corvette, You get what you paid for. Yes, OTHER dealerships have different rules and SOME will fix problems but then you also have to have GOOD credit and A LOT more money down & HIGHER payments! So you win a little and loose a little.\r My husband and i are now on our 3rd vehicle. We went from a Honda Accord to a Chevy Camero to now an Astro Van. Yes each one has had little issues but no more then any other vehicle that is not new. We simply fix it because, It is our vehicle we are buying. We have not had a vehicle repossessed. IF you have, Then you did not make your payment on time & it states everything in the paperwork you signed.\r Yes Matt can get grumpy, Who can't? Sometimes he can be rude, Just ignore it. It may not be good business etiquette but i am sure he get's some very rude people and everyone has bad day's. My opinion and experience is that this is just how his personality is. Short, to the point and all business. Don't take it personal, It don't bug me.\r All in all Austins Auto's has been very good to us. IF you DO have a problem RIGHT after purchasing it, Call and BE nice. If you start off rude, You will get rude back. You will get a lot farther with honey then with vinegar. Look over the vehicle, test drive it and put it through the ropes. Make your payments on time and don't complain if your wipers are bad, just replace the darn things. And lastly, Just go somewhere else if you disagree & pay their prices, Insurance, Etc.\r If any of you have had major issues with Austin's, I am sorry. I can only go from MY experience and 4 years of buying car's from them AND i will continue to keep upgrading and purchasing from them. Iam sorry if others don't agree, to each their own. Melinda & Charley Reynolds, Kelso, Wa.
