Few reasons for not renting apartment in Eagles Landing:
1. Office staff is rude and highly unprofessional.
2. Basement apartments gets flooded during normal rain falls.
3. Postbox's are small and vertical, so your mail get crumpled.
4. They (eagles landing employes)would show you the apartment which you are going to get after signing the contract. So even if your apartment is in bad condition which they generally are you are stuck with it.
5. Leasing office staff is not at all helpful, they don't have any sitting arrangements for the clients in their offices. They tell you to go out and sit in the hall and wait for them to come.
6. The notices about fire alarm check or house maintenance check are written in a very orderly fashion.
7. Few apartments have bed bugs issues which obviously they wont tell you (talk to your future neighbors before renting these apartments).
8. Other options in close vicinity are far better like (Charter Square, Somerset apartments and Amber creek.)
