Review content:
The management of Toppers in Newtown is very inconsiderate.........I thought Toppers had a wonderful reputation until today. Over one week in advance, i booked a package consisting of massage, lunch and facial. The massage was great..........lunch was fine...........then after sitting for 1 1/2 hours, I was informed that I was not scheduled for a facial today and that it was the following Saturday. Since when do parts of a package get spread over two visits??? From there, it was downhill as my special day was ruined. And, to make matters worse, Isabella (manager) promised to call when she was done her clients and she still hasn't called!I What a shabby organization!
Pros: A couple of the girls who work there are nice
Cons: Management is rude and inconsiderate
