Businiess name:  Toppers Spa/Salon Rittenhouse

Review content:
I had European facial followed by Signature pedicure at Toppers off of Rittenhouse square. This place left me very puzzled because it looks like a luxury spa but the services are almost blue collar. I am the most surprised with the level of staff personnel. They all seemed like nice people but they were not professional. From the receptionist to the women folding towels on client's couches, the overall experience was very average and it was not relaxing at all. My facial was below average in a thin walled room that was way too bright. My facialist talked to me the entire time in full voice as if she was a clothing sales girl on walnut street. There was absolutely no massaging of the face, the products were just put on my face and I sat there for 10 minutes with a mask on as the facialist left the room. My pedicure looks fine but the girls on the pedicure floor were nothing different from a walk in nail shop. They talked about their peronal lives in full voice. I now know how much one of them hates their ex husband's new wife. This is a 'luxury spa'? The manager of this spa must not take their job seriously. Toppers spa staff need to be more courteous, professional and the manager need to gear them towards top notch client satisfaction.
