Toppers Newtown - Don't go to be papmered! And the time I had a facial was a nightmare. Yes it was relaxing, but when I came out and looked in the mirror, I saw that my make up was smeared all over my face, and was not washed off first. This disturbed me as you can imagine, all the steps of steam, and pore opening, and cleansing was subjecting my pores to mascara that was all over my face. What was this girl thinking? I felt like my face and pores were cleaner before I exposed my self to that mess. And talking to the manager is like talking to a wall. She does not understand English very well, and did not agree with me that it is a problem to come out of a facial with mascara smeared all over your face. Then she offered my 10% off on my next facial - WHAT A JOKE! Another free facial would have been appropriate. \r
The music is in poor quality and taste. A lot of static, and the selection for a massage was fast and racy like you are running a race, but that was piped through the whole place.\r
I told the staff every time I went there is no soap in the ladies room, and am told maintience does that and they don't have a key. - I said, buy a soft soap dispenser. They never have. Never any soap!
Pros: There is one great massage theripst there - just one.
Cons: Needs new management
