Dimitry, at Culver Automotive, has been more than fair and generous with me. He always calls back when he needs to do something more on the vehicle; he doesn't just go ahead without permission. He keeps me in the loop about what is being done and how much it will cost. Also, he always has a loaner car available for me, which is extremely important.
Dimitry has worked with me in terms of my finances, which was extremely generous of him. He really is #1 in my book, and has never done me wrong. I have never had an issue that he hasn't jumped right in to fix. I can't say enough about him. Getting ripped off is always a concern with car repairs, especially for the average person. With Dimitry, he is always upfront.
