When my husband made me switch from progressive 5 years ago, I did it kicking a screaming because I had been with progressive for 10 years and they always took care of me. But nothing prepared me for the service that I get at Country. Terri Kotowski ( I know the last name is spelled wrong) is my agent and not only is she great, but she has an amazing secretary, which is who I deal with on a regular basis. When I call her office all I have to do is say hello and tell TJ my name and she knows me. She has my properties memorized and even remembers the cars that I drive all without ever asking anymore detailed info. I have never had this quality of customer service with any other insurance and financial company. We now have everything through them and know we are very will taken care of.
