I am a graduate of the Billing/Coding program from the Greenwood Campus. I was offered and accepted a position from my extern site. What I found was MedTech completely prepared me for the real world. I knew exactly what my very experienced co-workers were talking about and how to complete the task assigned - most of this without being formerly trained by my jobsite. I loved attending MedTech and since I am finding myself unemployed I am looking to re-enter MedTech for the RN program. Its something I have been thinking about even before I graduated. \r
Some of the things I didn't like were the staff members that were unorganized and unable to maintain their classroom, students who has crappy attitudes and who were rude enough to accept phone calls during final exams!!!! The computer lab was usually not functioning properly enough to keep up with the classroom, and once I graduated, Financial Aid refused to help me with finalizing forms needed for my VA grants.
