I talked to MTC- Indy and was told they can't apply for NLN accreditation until the first class of RN's graduate, which is this year.They will be applying this December. The students who are starting the nursing program at the school right now will be able to graduate at a newly NLN certified school.\r Also, Indiana Wesleyan accepts MTC credits so if you can't find a job being a MTC graduate, then transfer your credits over to Indiana Wesleyan and get your BSN. All the hospitals I've talked to (Community, St. Francis, Clarian, and the VA) say they will hire an Indiana Wesleyan graduate but not a Med Tech graduate until they are NLN certified. \r \r I live in Greenwood, but would not dare go to the Greenwood campus. I went in the building to get information and nobody wanted to help me. I was very irriated. I was not allowed to talk to the financial aid counselor until I was a student.. HELLO?!
