Review content:
Craven has tried to rip me off twice. They entice you in with ads for a cheap oil change or something then tell you that your car needs hundreds of dollars worth of repairs. I can't prove it but I think they intentionally disabled my girlfiends car and said there was an important $400 repair that they had to do immediately. After I came down to the shop and asked the only english speaking person there to explain why the "boot was ripped" and would cost that much to fix he changed his tune and lowered the price by half. That part is a $30 part at any auto parts store and I am almost certain it was intact before she got there. Always, be leary of ads from specialty shops, they just want to get you in so they can add some huge charges onto your bill. By the way, my girlfriends car runs just fine after I replaced the boot myself.
