I have been working with Connie Toomey for more than two years now on two different cases. Because I am physically disabled, she knew going in it would be a challenge to get a settlement, especially where I have had injuries/accidents before over the past two decades. Despite this, she worked diligently to get me a setttlement to compensate me for some of the horrific pain I went through when I fractured my ankle and went broke paying for medical bills I didn't deserve to pay. She worked with the other attorney and Medicare to figure out what was caused by the accident and worked out a fair solution. It took a lot of time and effort on her part, and I wish I could have done more for her, but Connie was happy to see that I wass doing well and justice was done in the end. \r

I was recently a passenger in the Ride when it was rear-ended. After I called my doctor, I called Connie right away because I knew she'd stand by my side. I highly recommend her and her firm.
