Review content:
The complex is beautiful and the grounds are well maintained, apart from all the dog waste on the grass from all the dog owners who don't pick up after their pets. There are two small dog runs in the complex, and a walking trail. The two pools are nice and there are a variety of apartments, town homes, and duplexes to choose from. They just went through a change in management, and in the process, all non emergency maintenance issues were ignored and trash fees went up from what was stated in the contract. If you want to live in a place that looks nice, this is fine, but you can generally find a place that is just as nice with much cheaper rent.
